What does an Ultra render mean?

We have two modes for image generation, “ultra” and “normal”.  Ultra tries to give you a GPU instantly. It’s our highest priority processing tier, and it’s kinda expensive. Normal puts you in a queue behind others based on how much you’ve used the system in normal mode.

What is image retention?

For normal Tore users, we store your images on our servers for no more than 30 days.  After that, the images will be deleted and not accessible.  However for Ultra users we increase the amount of time we store your images. 

What do concurrent jobs mean?

Concurrent means that you will be able to request multiple image generation requests at the same time, without having to wait for another request or job to finish.

Can we cancel the Ultra plan at any time?

Yes!  At any time you can downgrade back to your normal account.  This also means you can upgrade again at any time in the future.
