A help desk in the same product
One inbox for every conversation, with tickets, team inboxes and SLA tracking.
Featurebase is a strong all-in-one: a help desk, an AI agent, feedback, a public roadmap and a changelog. Tore covers the support side too, then takes the bug behind a ticket to a fix for your engineer to approve.
Tore opens soon. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the day you can start.
Featurebase puts support and product feedback side by side. If your team wants one place to answer customers, collect requests and announce what shipped, it is a strong pick.
One inbox for every conversation, with tickets, team inboxes and SLA tracking.
Fibi answers customers on the web, by email and in Slack, and can hand a bug to your team.
Collect and prioritise customer feedback, share a public roadmap and post updates to a changelog.
Feature requests and bugs can sync two ways with Linear, so product and engineering stay in step.
Pick Featurebase when
Both answer customers with AI and keep feedback close to support. The difference starts when a ticket turns out to be a bug in your code.
| Step | Featurebase | Tore |
|---|---|---|
| Answers customers | Fibi answers on the web, by email and in Slack. | Answers from your help center with the article cited, across email, chat widget and Slack. |
| Hands over to a person | A help desk with team inboxes and SLA tracking. | Hands over with the full conversation when it is not confident. Anyone can take over at any moment. |
| Bug capturereplay, console, network | A "Report a bug" reply button can be set up in workflows. | Reports from the chat widget arrive with replay, console and network attached. Bug capture |
| Investigation in your code | Not part of it | Reads the repository you connect and finds the root cause, down to the file and line. |
| Fix and tests | Not part of it | Writes the fix and runs your tests. Your engineer can request changes in plain words. |
| Pull request for approval | Not part of it | Preps the pull request. By default it waits for your engineer's approval. |
| Customers told it is fixed | Users can get an email when a request ships. | Everyone who reported it is told automatically when the fix is live. |
| Model choice | The models behind Fibi are not named on its pages. | The right model for each job, from Claude, Codex, Gemini, Grok and more. You can set it per task. |
| Proactive errors | Not part of it | Errors from your error tracker are grouped by fingerprint and can open an investigation before anyone writes in. |

Most teams keep support conversations in one tool and the code in another, joined by a person copying between them. The ticket says the export broke; the code knows exactly which line did it.
Support desk
Featurebase, and help desks like it. Great at the conversation and the feedback, then the bug moves to the tracker.
Tore
The conversation, the investigation and the reply live together, so nothing is retyped.
Coding agent
AI engineers that start from an issue. Strong at the fix, but the customer never hears from them.
The engineering half
Tore reads the repository you connect, finds the root cause down to the file and line, writes the fix and runs your tests. By default it waits for your engineer's approval.
If feedback, voting, a public roadmap and a changelog are the centre of what you need, Featurebase is built around exactly that, with a help desk alongside. Tore has a feedback board and roadmap too. Where it differs is what happens when the ticket is a bug.
It keeps support and engineering in step, which helps. An engineer still has to reproduce the bug, find the cause and write the fix. Tore does those steps, and by default waits for your engineer to approve the change.
By default it waits for your engineer's approval. Your engineer can request changes in plain words, and Tore revises the fix and re-runs the tests. You set how much it does on its own, per repository, in AI controls.
The right model for each job: a fast model for quick answers, deep reasoning for root causes, a coding model for fixes. You can let Tore choose or set it per task. During early access, you can also bring your own AI keys.
Plans, what is included and how the AI is billed are on the pricing page.
Tore answers your customers, keeps their feedback, and takes the bugs behind their tickets all the way to a fix for your engineer to approve.
