Root cause from the error
Seer investigates new issues and traces the root cause through your codebase, starting from the stack trace.
Sentry Seer is a strong engineering tool: it starts from your error stream, traces the root cause through your code and drafts the fix. Tore runs that loop too, and also answers the customer who wrote in and tells them when it is fixed.
Tore opens soon. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the day you can start.
Seer sits inside Sentry, next to the errors your engineers already watch. If you want automated root causes and fixes on the engineering side, it is a genuinely strong choice.

It drafts a fix and can have a pull request waiting for review. You can let it run on issues it believes it can fix.
Seer reviews pull requests against production data and flags changes likely to cause problems.
Fix bugs from Slack alerts, or send a fix to Claude, Copilot or Cursor to carry on.

Most teams keep the crash reports in one tool and the customer conversations in another. The error tracker knows exactly which line threw; the customer who hit it is still waiting in the inbox.
Support desk
Intercom, Zendesk and help desks like them. Great at the conversation, then the bug leaves the thread.
Tore
The conversation, the investigation and the reply live together, so nothing is retyped.
Coding agent
Sentry Seer and AI engineers like it. Strong at the fix, but the customer never hears from them.
The customer half
Tore keeps the conversation, the investigation and the fix in one thread. When the fix is live, everyone who reported the bug is told, on the channel they used.
Seer lives inside Sentry, next to your errors, traces and replays, and it adds code review against production data. If your engineers already work in Sentry and support runs elsewhere, it is a strong choice. Tore works with the error tracker you already have.
Yes. Connect your error tracker and Tore groups errors by fingerprint and opens one investigation per group, within the budget you set. The customer reports that come in later join the same thread.
By default it waits for your engineer's approval. Your engineer can request changes in plain words, and Tore revises the fix and re-runs the tests. You set how much it does on its own, per repository, in AI controls.
The right model for each job: a fast model for quick answers, deep reasoning for root causes, a coding model for fixes. You can let Tore choose or set it per task. During early access, you can also bring your own AI keys.
Plans, what is included and how the AI is billed are on the pricing page.
